Sales Policy: Product specifications are subject to be changed without further notice. If the manufacturer increases prices, and we are forced to charge you a higher price then mentioned on the site, you will get a notice first. You will be asked to send a confirmation on the acceptance of the new price before the order is processed.
Cancellation must be email us sales@advan-emotion.com within the same day as the order is placed. We're unable to cancel your order after 24 hours of your purchased. Payment method: You can pay directly with Visa & Master card to us, and it only takes few minutes for Paypal to process your payment Shipping Policy: All in-stock items will be shipped within two to three business days after payment completed. If your purchase is backorder on our list, we will email to you immediately for the best solution.

US customer: We use Fedex Ground or USPS for US customers, and you will receive the tracking number through email when your order is processed.

International customer: We only ship with United States Express Mail service (EMS) for international customer. (Please contact us for the shipping price)

Return policy:
Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts.
HKtuning.com has a very liberal return policy. Please carefully read these instructions if you need to return an item. We will only accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Advan-Emotion.com within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. And you may also need to know:

Advan-Emotion.com only accept return package with RMA numbers, you?re able to get these numbers by email rma@advan-emotion.com

There will be 10% restocking fees for all the return merchandise that is in NEW and UNUSED condition.

There will be 20% restocking fees for all the return merchandise that is open box item, BUT, it still needs to be in UNUSED, NEW and RESALABLE condition.

We will NOT accept any return merchandise that is damaged or missing parts (such as screws, installation manual, sticker, original box, or shipping material)

Buyer has to pay for the return shipping fees.

We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Advan-Emotion.com in any way.
Warranty:
All warranty parts are covered ONLY by the Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.
Damaged merchandise: Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and discovered shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize the chance of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
